As a Coach and Facilitator, Sheila Wherry works with individuals and organisations to promote positive change using an emotional intelligence (EQ) framework.
Individuals can set goals and aspire to reach them, but until there is a clear understanding of the drivers or blocks that prevent success, sustainable growth is not achievable. Sheila thrives on encouraging and assisting individuals to understand their needs, develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
In her role as a university lecturer affords she is afforded the opportunity to undertake continued research, ensuring she is up-to-date with best practice solutions for her clients. Areas of focus include conflict resolution, developing personal brand and emotional intelligence - and their impact on leadership and career development.
Sheila has international business management experience spanning more than 18 years across the United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. She particularly enjoys cultural diversity.
