For many years I have had the privilege of supporting smart, brave and dedicated leaders to improve their ability to work effectively with others to produce results. Leaders have moved from being stuck or overwhelmed to being empowered to release the potential of themselves and their teams.

As an expert in emotional intelligence and an experienced leader and team coach, I believe it is important to promote inclusive relationships to achieve results in this complex, hyperconnected world of work.

My expansive and cross-disciplinary experience in international business, psychotherapy and executive coaching enables me to work with leaders to develop trust, connection and highly effective team environments.
