When we communicate with our colleagues, are we just making statements or demands, or are we contributing opportunities to blow open dialogue pathways to big ideas and stronger dynamics?
Are we pursuing what’s possible in conversations, or are we unintentionally leading ourselves and our teams to dead ends? What we say and how we say it can either shut down or narrow a conversation, or it can open it up and vitalise it. This impacts our team dynamic, our relationships with stakeholders and team members, and also how we are perceived.
