My message today is a simple one: Don’t forget you have a body.
🧐 In today’s world of virtual work, it’s easy to forget that we are more than our thoughts and ideas. We become defined by what we say, type, and think, often losing connection with our bodies.
When we spend hours in front of screens, we may forget simple but essential things: to stand, stretch, breathe deeply, or nourish ourselves properly (not to mention strength and cardio training). Over time, this shows up in our work habits—hunched shoulders, shallow breathing, skipped meals.
📆 My clients, senior leaders with triple booked calendars and little time to themselves, know ‘self care’ and ‘wellbeing’ should be a focus. Their question is ‘How do I find the time?’. Together we work it out and I act as an ongoing prompt!
