I have been working with Sheila for a few years now and have found Sheila’s support and advice to be invaluable. Sheila has a practical approach and any topics can be openly discussed. In the many varied and often difficult challenges of leadership, I found it so helpful to discuss issues with Sheila who provides such helpful insights and advice. I am a big advocate of psychological safety and building healthy cultures where all team members feel safe, cared for and valued – Sheila has been such a strength to me in building such a culture. I would highly recommend Sheila to anyone wishing to have a mentor who is trustworthy and has extensive experience in leadership and workplace issues.

During 2022, I was fortunate to be coached by Sheila as I led my team through a challenging transformation program. Though this, Sheila leveraged her broad range skills to provide honest, constructive and insightful advice to help develop my leadership, confidence and approach.

Sheila has a great approach to understanding you and what you need to achieve for high performing teams. I found her expertise in building psychological safety highly valuable and I was able to adapt many of my learnings and weekly exercises in my teams. Her coaching really set me up well moving into a new role.
