Sheila specialises in coaching executives to build trust, cohesiveness and direction within themselves, their teams and across the organisations and systems within which they operate. This creates direct and positive impact on overall performance and results.
She works with individuals to develop self and ‘other’ awareness, building improved interpersonal relationships, conflict management and enhanced self-regulation. This is done in tandem with an overall focus on leadership competency development. Sheila’s initial career spanned 20 years in international sales management, strategy and consulting across Asia-Pacific, US, and Europe, before making the decision to focus her career on executive coaching and development. Qualifications include a Masters in Management, a Post Grad Dip in Counseling and Psychotherapy, a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and an Adv Cert in Exec Coaching. Sheila has also worked as a university lecturer which allowed her to ensure she was focused on best-practice solutions for her clients. She has coached hundreds of executives in a wide range of industry sectors and government departments, as well as owners of SMEs. A PCC credentialed coach of the International Coaching Federation (as well as holding membership) and Associate member of the Association for Coaching. Holds accreditations in psychometric, evidence-based tools including EQ-I 2.0 & 360 (MHS), SEI Leadership/360 and Vital Signs (Six Seconds), Business Attitude Questionnaire and Motivational Drivers Questionnaire (Hudson Talent Management). Sheila loves getting outdoors and into nature; trekking regularly with her son - most recently in NZ, Tasmania and the Cumbrian fells of the English Lake District.
