Warmth builds trust. Strength builds respect.
➡️ Too much warmth without strength? Teams feel supported but lack direction.
➡️ Too much strength without warmth? Teams may comply, but they won’t be truly engaged (and/or they will be highly anxious).

Great leaders balance both, creating an environment where people feel safe, challenged, and accountable.
