What Helps You Lead When Things Are Unclear?

In leadership, we often crave certainty. But what we really need is clarity … the kind that helps us move forward when nothing is guaranteed.

These words (above) have anchored me many times – in my own life, and in coaching conversations with senior leaders facing the unknown. It’s a reminder that leadership isn’t about getting it all right. It’s about holding perspective and staying steady, especially when the path is unpredictable.
